Cipriano Oquiniame is a Portuguese-Guinean visual artist and illustrator with works in national and international collections. He holds a Master of Fine Arts, serves as Curator at the prestigious Gaia International Art Biennial, and is Co-founder of INVERSUS™ — a creative studio and global collective with bases in Portugal and Finland.

A cultural leader dedicated to teaching and building bridges between communities, he believes in art as a driving force for culture and development. His mission transcends his African roots and the walls of his studio in Viana do Castelo, Portugal.
